Backcarry

Little Aliff sangat suka backcarry skang ni.
Tiap2 hari mesti nak kena dukung.
Pastu takleh dok setempat lak tu, kena bawak dia jalan sana-sini.
Jenuhlah jugak.. tapi kira okey laa sort of exercise lah bagi aku.
Yang tak tahannya kadang2 dia tarik rambut lah, cekik leher lah, gigit bahu lah..
adoiii laa budak kecik sorang nih..

yang pakai Mei Tai takde dlm hp sendiri la pulak.

Oh btw siang tadi bawak Aliff pegi klinik utk jab sbb dah setahun.
Berat dia 9.6kg.. dah susut banyak woo..
Mana taknya, lasak yang amat budak sorang ni..
tak kesahlah asalkan sihat Alhamdulillah :)

My First DIY Ring Sling

Finally I made my own Ring Sling! Yay!

One fine day, went to Kamdar and bought these 2 different patterns of japanese cotton fabrics.. 2 meters each..



the next day, beloved MIL willingly jahitkan those fabrics for me..
cantumkan je pun.. pakai mesin jahit..
kejap je..
tak sampai 1/2 jam pun..
lepas tu guna large size rings bought from Jess,
I made a no-sew RS..
and here's the RS in action..




Lepas ni nak belajar jahit the shoulder parts pulak.
Barulah boleh buat collections..
Eh btw little Aliff sudah makin semangat...
larat lagi ke aku nak carry dia dlm RS ni?
ehehehe...

An Evening in BTS

Went to Berjaya Times Square yesterday.
Main point sebab Kanda nak cari kasut sukan.
Secondary point is to get out of the house and jalan2 amik angin sikit. Hihi..

So we went there at 6 pm and sampai before 7...
luckily senang dapat parking.. maybe becoz tak ramai orang..
cuti 3 hari ni ramai orang balik kampung kot?

Jalan2 ikut suka hati..
belek2 directory cari kedai sukan..
and finally jumpa satu kedai yang ada size kasut Kanda..
well it's not easy to find a 13-US-size above here..
sebab tu ke BTS since kitorg pk kat mana lah tpt2 yang mat salleh go shopping for their sizes.. hehe..
sekali tgk2 he has to go for size 14..
that is double my size..
sudah membesar kah kakimu Kanda.. haha..

lepas tu jalan2..
would like to try that fish spa tapi since bawak budak kecik susahlah pulak..
good offer only RM5 per 15 minutes..
maybe we'll go during lunch break on weekdays.. :)

Si kenit buah ati mama sangat suka tgk lampu..
kat BTS ada banyakkkkkk lampu..
so keja dia dok mendongak ke atas.. dan nganga2 dgn excitednya..
hahahahahahahaha...

then makan2 kat wendy's..
i love the baked potato.. yummy2..!!
lepas tu niat di hati nak beli Krispy Kreme bawak balik..
tapi there was such a longggggggg queue.. terpaksa kensel..
so balikkkkk...

simple je..
pegi.. cari kedai.. beli kasut.. makan.. balik.. :)
it was a good evening though ;)

Dah 2 minggu berturut2 pegi jogging kat Taman Tasik Cempaka Bangi.
Bukan jogging pun, lebih kepada jalan2 je sebenarnya...
Bawak si kenit amik udara segar time pagi2.. hehe..

That's why I asked hubby to capture the moment.

Wishlist: Mei Tai

I've seen lots of Mei Tai pictures on the net, but tak penah pun teringin nak beli..
as I thought MT is a bit complicated compared to Ring Sling...

Tapi itu kata aku dulu...

Lepas join MalaysianBabywearers, baca2 pasal MT..
ohhh syoknyaaaa kalau ada MT..
Macam boleh terbayang2 cumelnya aku bawak Aliff pakai MT.. hihi...

Tengok ni.. Made in Malaysia.. cantik kan..

Lately Aliff loves to be babywearing this way..
Well, easier for me too :)

Online Shopaholic

I've become addicted to online shopping eversince my pregnancy.

I love it because of the followings:-

- I can take as much time as I want, without being bothered by the salesgirl or promoter.
- Easier to look for certain items. Use the Search function and walla!
I'll be redirected to few options for that particular item.
- I don't have to dress up and drive to the store. Even kalau akak tepek bedak sejuk muka mcm tepung gomak pun yet I still can shop.
- Everything's delivered to my doorstep. No need to carry them from store to home.
- Shopping cart! I can always add and remove items from my cart sampai pengsan. If I did it at the store,
letih laa akak... Amik. letak balik.. amik balik, letak balik.. tapi tak bayar2 jugak.. ahaha..
- Price comparison: Different stores might offer discounts. Kalau nak survey kat kedai, shop-hopping would be tiring.
Kalau online, site-hopping tu just by entering url and click-click-click..
- The excitement nak tunggu barang sampai. Kalo beli kat kedai kita dh tau brg tu mcm mana kira kurang sket excitednya.
Tapi kalo beli online, barang sampai je cam dah tak sabar2 nak bukak tgk ngan belek2 brg tu.. Pastu bleh membebel sorang2 whether puas ati ke idak ngan barang yg kita beli tu. Dan kadang2 bleh membebel pasal courier service tu sekali :P

But..

The main reason I shop online utk barang2 baby sebab most items yg aku berkenan tu tader jual kat kedai2 sini.
Kalo ada pun kedai yg aku susah nak pegi + tak reti nak cari...

- Breastpump (bid kat ebay)
- Bottle drying rack
- Infant matress set
- Swaddle blankets
- MAM anti-colic bottles + teats

Pas bersalin plak aku mcm tetiba gila survey nursing items.

- Ring sling

The Amateur Babywearer

I'm still trying to adapt Aliff and myself as well with babywearing concept.

I bought a baby pouch and a ringsling to compare which one is more convenient and comfortable for both of us. So far, I love using pouch, but Aliff refuses to put his head inside the pouch. But he's doing just fine in the sling.
